PAYMENT

All sales are charged in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Please be aware your actual conversion rate will be set by your credit/debit card company and may differ from rates elsewhere.

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed the day we receive payment confirmation. UK orders should arrive within 3 days, but may take up to 10 days. International orders may take up to 14 days to arrive. Please be aware that customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International shipping rates are calculated using location, weight and market rate. You will see your shipping rate during the checkout process before confirmation. Shipping in the UK is £5.00 for next day courier on all orders. Shipping is free for all orders over £500. A signature will be required on all deliveries worldwide.

RETURNS POLICY

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to exchange or return your order please email us at info@surrenderarts.net to request a returns number which should accompany your return. Alternatively you can call us on +44 (0)207 5356702 during office hours and we can issue one over the phone.

SIZING

Please note that tee shirts produced in Japan on Base Control bodies are sized smaller than mainline Surrender tee shirts. The cut is shorter and they are generally a size smaller than mainline tee shirts. These tee shirts are marked 'Japanese sizing' where applicable.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS AND PRICING

Surrender will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however it cannot guarantee that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on surrenderarts.net are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found within 14 days of accepting your order, Surrender will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, or to cancel your order.
